Update:
Went to the former dealer who just does mostly big repair jobs rigs and heavy equipment researched the part I need called the swash plate, cost $ 650 . Was told to sell the machine because if the shaft that controls the speed control broke then something internal in the hydraulics must have caused it to break. The parts man listed about three other parts costing well over $ 2500 . Of course this is all without labor. I thinking about attempting to replace or repair the swash plate ( weld the shaft back on) myself in hopes that it will be the only problem. I have never done anything , for me, this massive before. I don’t see selling it as is if it doesn't move and getting any recoup from the tractor.
