Universal quick attach plans

Does anybody have a source for the plans to build a universal quick attach? I picked up a set of pallet forks and backplate off a forklift and I want to adapt it to my skid steer. The proportions are such that I'd rather not scab on a stock plate, but build one specifically for the application.

Everything attachments, pallett forks.Com and ebay all have full and 1/2 backing plates and if you google skid steer quick attach specs theres all sorts of info. If you shop around I think its cheaper to buy a backingplate than buy the pieces to make one.
