I'm new to this site and a new JD 2520 owner with 200CX Loader and 62D MMM. I love the tractor but have noticed that my loader is not level from left to right. I have measured the height of the loader mounts on each side and the right mount is 3/8" lower than the right when measured on a level concrete surface. This equates to approximately 3/4" difference at the bucket cutting edge from side to side. I have not used the loader for any work yet and nothing appears to be bent so it was this way when delivered. Has anyone else experienced this problem and is it even something that I should worry about and ask the dealer to fix?

First, check your tire pressures at all four corners. Make sure the side to side pressures are the same on each axle.
If the pressures are correct all around, try removing and re-installing the loader (do this on a good flat surface like a concrete driveway). It's possibly the loader masts didn't seat properly at the last installation.

If neither of those fix it, time to call your dealer. You wrote that this is a new tractor and it's possible it wasn't set up properly at the dealer's.

I would get the bucket fixed (or replaced) by the dealer, when you do backdragging operations, it is gonna do a bad job on your gravel or dirt leveling if the bucket lip in 3/4 inch higher on one side than the other. It is one thing if you have "tweaked" it and bent it your self. But to have a built in defect due to the bucket mounts being uneven well that is another.

You don't mention what kind of tires you have, but after you check the pressure, also measure from the axle to the ground on both sides. Its so seldom that I see level ground that I couldn't tell on my 4300....(I'm happy to get it level enough to check the fluid in the rear sight glass)

Keep this thread updated when you find a solution. I didn't realize until I bought my pallet forks & started swapping the bucket & forks that my loader arms are uneven as well. Left one is a good inch lower than the right. I can't see anything that looks out of place.

I noticed mine was slanted once and determined it was not mounted on the post correctly. take a good look at how the arms are sitting on the post and re-mount.

Just an update.......I removed the FEL & then put it back on. Everything lines up perfectly now
