I can tell you that even if he does, that he is still a very long way from even coming close to the reserve. I won't disclose the reserve, but I will say that it is above the $500 mark by a sizable margin! I am hoping that "Daddy Big Bucks" decides that this is one item that he must have and can't live without. The last one that I know of sold for close to $1000 about a year and a half ago!!!!!!

Junkman.......Years ago I had a '66 impala , 427 drag car with 19,000 0riginal miles on it ( probably 76,000 1/4 mile runs).......It had a chrome fire extinguisher that came with it when I bought it.......I'd like to have the fire ex. back now.........the car was too high maint..............The fire ex. would be enough to bring back some good memories..........Tom

I never tip my hand till the last seconds of any auction. I learned years ago if you want it, snipe it . I use Auction Sniper and it works.

Somehow a vintage GM fire extinguisher just doesn't sit well on my TC-40D. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Junkman I hope you find "Mr. Big Bucks" there are more than a few out there.
