TYM 603
I have a TYM 603 Tractor and the right, front side loader bolts (that mount to frame just under engine area) keep shearing off.
Wondering if anyone else has had this problem ??? TYM made Mahindra tractors as well so thinking maybe someone else is having same issue.
Just Curious!!!
If you are a TYM owner and have had issues, or know of Known issues, feel free to share them with me as it would be nice to have a heads up on things to watch for.

Welcome to TBN!

This topic comes up with various on a fairly regular basis. It normally isn't limited to one side, but folks have reported one bolt being more likely to loosen up. The first thing is getting the new bolts torqued down correctly when you replace them, then checked frequently until they show no signs of loosening up. This absolutely has to be done with a torque wrench as anything else is just a guess.

In this sort of case, I'd put the new bolts in, torque them down to the specified figures, use the loader for a couple of hours (at most), and check them. Then I'd run it for a day or so and recheck. If they show no signs of changing, then I'd check them every 50 hours just to be safe. If they loosen up repeatedly, I'd talk to the dealer and see what they recommend...maybe a thread locker would be in order.

Not sure about the TYMs, but my Mahindra 6000 (built by Mahindra in India) has a KMM loader on it...its made in Kansas. BobG in VA

This was also fairly common on Kioti DK's. The manual calls for checking torque every 25 hrs. I found mine loose the first few times. New bolts and the receiving threads will stretch until they settle-in. But I still found slight movement after the third time. My dealer suggested blue Loc Tite and that has solved the problem. They have not loosened in the 700 hours since using the LocTite.

My dealer now uses blue LocTite on all loader mounting bolts.

While checking loader bolts check the wheels too. Lose bolts can egg out the wheel mounting holes then break the bolts and watch your wheel roll by you.

I have tried the Blue (vibration) threadlocker and it seems to extend the time but not a solution to the problem. Recently had to take to shop and have a bolt removed as I broke an easy out in bolt trying to remove and could not drill through it....urrrggg.
Thanks for the suggestion though!

If factory replacement bolts keep breaking its time to find a place that specializes in nuts and bolts and use a better bolt. Don't be afraid of using lock tight from the start with a stronger bolt that wont stretch as much as the factory bolts.
