1Already tried the speed drop knob 
2Already checked the draft
3Already checked the rear hydr lever- position in neutr
4Already checked tran/Hydr levels
5Already tapped the arms w a tiny sledge 3#
6Pulled the seat to find there is no access to linkage from there
Fel & grapple and all other features function well.
It (3pt lift arms/drop) was working w the bush hog (brush hog) & bouncing around as typical....then decided it does not want to lower fully running or not; when I was taking back to the barn...
Lifts to full position then only lowers back to ~1/3 or ~1/4 all the way down....
~50hp; 4x4; FEL & EA WickedRootGrapple w true 3rd funct installed by TYM dealer
