twine arms sticking on Vermeer 554XL

Hey guys. I've been baleing with a Vermeer 554XL with accu tie for several years. This year all of a sudden my twine arms are sticking when they are extended. I have adjusted them to where they are not going fully outward and fully extending the actuator. I'm not sure if the problem is in my actuator or my monitor. I can get it to retract manually by pressing the retract button (basically manually tieing the bales by holding the button down) every great once in awhile it will tie as suspose to. I only put about 70 bales through it today and it maybe tied 5 automaticlly as suspose to the rest I had to hold the manual retract button in. Does anyone have any suggestions with fixing this problem. Other than this the baler does a great job. Thanks any help is appreciated.

It would seem to me that since you can retract them with the button manually but not automatically it would be something in the monitor. I wonder how the monitor recognizes that the arms are fully extended? That may be something to look in to.
