turf tires vs r4\'s

I am considering purchasing a 3010 with a FEL and a belly mower. I have about 12 acres of grass to cut which would be the primary use of the tractor. I also have landscaping to do and want the FEL. The dilema is that the belly mower wont work with the R4's. Has anyone had good sucess with the turf tires? Would I be sacrificing too much to settle for the turf tires?

Oscar,
I have turfs and find them to be no problem with traction. I had ags on my old tractor and changed them to turfs to save the yard. Also turfs are better on ice. I plow an Ice rink and the turfs are way better than the ags were. I will always take turfs over ags or R4s for my use, and that is alot of mowing and FEL work. The oversized turfs are great and have more tread on the ground than ags! Wish I had those on my tractor!
