Tune-up tc45a 2005

Hi I am new to this forum. I see there are a lot of great posts and help with troubleshooting issues. I have a question about tune up for my tc-45a. New Holland recommends at 600 hours fuel injectors to be checked and valve clearance to be checked and adjusted. Is this service something that all new holland owners have done? I bought the tractor with 660 hrs and have gone through it with a fine tooth comb. So with that being said any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I guess that was a dumb question. My friend has the same tractor a few years older so I asked him and he said his had 1400 hrs and he hasn't touched the valve clearance and has only serviced the glow plugs. So I guess that solves that.

Count me among the guilty. 1946 hours on my 2003 TC40 and I haven't done anything about that either.

Oil, fluid and filters get done per the schedule although I am behind on the power steering filter and fluid change.

Those tractors in that year range are pretty solid machines. My nearest NH dealer that I might have confidence in to do engine work is over an hour away. I have wondered if it would be worth it to haul the tractor over there, but I don't sense that I'm losing performance.
