I don't know of anyone who personally owns one but my dealer has sold a couple and quite a few TB's (the larger economy tractor). They are a basic, no frills tractor that are designed to get the job done without hurting your wallet. If all I was doing was mowing pastures I would get one without hesitation. We use to use a MF 135 to brush chop with and it did the job well. The frills are nice if you are going to use the tractor for farming and spend a lot of hours in it but if you only plan on using the tractor for around 100 hours a year or so then go the cheap route as it isn't a cheap tractor, just a simple, inexpensive one.
