I drove a smaller Jerr-Dan rollback many years ago. The hitch receiver was tied into the rear stabilizer bar. There was a square tube receiver on the stabilizer, and a long drawbar that went through and connected (via pin) up under the frame. So when the stabilizer went up and down, the drawbar articulated so it wouldn't bind up the stabilizer mechanism. Also let you back under a trailer tongue and use stabilizer hydraulics to lift the ball up into the socket to hitch up.
I'd say go look at some other rollbacks and see how they do it.
