You need to give us more information to help with this. How big a trailer and how much overhang from the rear axle would be a start.

I drove a smaller Jerr-Dan rollback many years ago. The hitch receiver was tied into the rear stabilizer bar. There was a square tube receiver on the stabilizer, and a long drawbar that went through and connected (via pin) up under the frame. So when the stabilizer went up and down, the drawbar articulated so it wouldn't bind up the stabilizer mechanism. Also let you back under a trailer tongue and use stabilizer hydraulics to lift the ball up into the socket to hitch up.

I'd say go look at some other rollbacks and see how they do it.

Can't you get a kit for a rollback that has a large(looked like 3"x3" or 4"x4") piece of square tubing that sticks out underneath and you can haul another car behind the rollback?(only hauls one end of the vehicle). I have seen this on several of them, and I did see one where they did have a hitch ball on it. He was hauling a trailer full of kayaks. The truck that towed the kayaks must have broken down and he was hauling the trailer back from somewhere, and had it hitched onto this big piece that stuck out beneath his bed. It must go up and down like the previous poster described to get under one end of the vehicle and lift it up by the tires.

what your thinking of is a wheel lift he doesnt have one ot those on his truck i would weld a receiver tube on top of the stabilizer bar for light towing

I agree, a light tow set up is possible. I built a hitch for a Zacklift wheel lift on a KW wrecker last winter but that is a completely different animal.
