Kubota L 3560
Are their any owners out there that can give me some input on these two models? I currently own a Kubota L3200 and want to upgrade to a cab tractor. I need 4x4, FEL with third function and a rear remote. Other than AC in the cab that's about it for options. I was able to test out a used 3039R at the dealer and it seemed ok. Alot different feel from my 3200 but I guess I should expect that. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks

I would try each one out and see which feels like a better fit to you. I don't think either machine would be a bad choice. For me it would be the Kubota because of the two speed hydro motor that the grand L tractors have. It allows you to shift between a high and low speed without having to let off the pedal. You still have three gears that you need to stop before shifting but the H-DS enhances those gears.

Think about this. You have a pile of dirt you want to move from one side of your yard to another. Without H-DS you would have to shift into L to get a scoop of dirt then into M to travel where you want it. With H-DS you just flick a lever as you start pushing your bucket into the dirt, the tractor automatically shifts down. Once you get a bucket load you flick the lever and you're back to traveling speed. If you do it just once or twice it's not a big deal. But the added time and effort savings add up pretty quickly. I use it all the time.

I have had my L3560 since January 2013. Great tractor; trouble free.
The HST PLUS transmission is superb.

Ordered the more powerful LA805 Loader and L2296 Heavy Duty, Round Back Bucket, which has SSQA.
The L2296 HD, RB Bucket makes a rigid mount for a Bucket Spade, which is really useful.

To fully utilize the lifting potential of the optional LA805 loader you need about 600 pounds of counterbalance mounted on the Three Point Hitch if your tires are filled only with air, as mine are. I usually keep a Cultipacker mounted as counterbalance, as I roll trails frequently. Sometimes I mount my Rollover Box Blade as counterbalance.

This is my second new Kubota. My first new Kubota was a B3300SU tractor-loader package, very similar to your L3200. The L3560 will impress you.

Thanks for the replies. The only trouble I'm having with the Kubota is that nobody has one. All of the dealers are saying October before they can get a new one. I don't mind waiting but that's a lot of money to spend without trying one out first.
