true height? xr4046 cab owners?

Hello, just a question. I've looked at all the specs etc. But can any XR4046 with the cab-owners tell me if the height is accurate? I'm looking at placing one in a building that has a true 8 foot door--96 inches. I'll be getting R4 tires. Is anyone else fitting this through an 8 foot door? Thanks.

It will fit with about 3 inches to spare
