Trouble with CBN, anybody else

I have been having a problem with CBN for about the past week or 2. When I firts enter, it shows that I am logged in. it also shows that I have a message, but everytime I try to retrieve the message, it say that my username and password are no good. If I try to post a reply, it does the same thing. I have logged out and back in several times, but still nothing. I have emailed them, but again no response. When I check the 'who's on line' it always shows me as the only person logged on. Anybody else having this problem?

First thing to try is to go there, log out, clear you browser cache and cookies, then restart your browser and go there again and see if you can log in correctly. Hope that helps.

Have done that and it does not help.

When is the last time you scanned your PC for spyware and/or viruses?

Well, here I am a month later and still can't get through on CBN. When I go to the site, it shows me logged in, show that I have a message waiting, but anytime I go past the main index page, it knocks me off. I have tried evrything that was suggested and more...no help. I have emailed the site and again, no response. Anybody have any other ideas?

Have you tried using a different web browser? Say, Firefox (or IE) or maybe even Opera (install a demo version if you want.)

Does the behavior continue?

Make sure you browser is set to accept “cookies” . If you have cookies blocked, most sites will not give you the time of day, thinking you are a hacker.
