I thought I would share some pics of the triple rear remotes and 3rd function kit I just had installed on my 2019 Boomer 55. There is a young man that just left his job as a mechanic a local NH dealer and is going into business for himself and I was able to get him to come to my house and install the 3 rear remotes & 3rd function. The remotes were sourced from LS Tractors as New Holland does not offer anything other than dual remotes and the 3rd function is from WR Long here in NC. LS tractor does not offer any installation instructions for the 3 valve kit so you are on your own if you are doing the installation. They supply instructions for the dual remote kit however. I know, it don't make any sense but that's the way it is. WR Long does supply sparse installation inst. for their kit but if you are not a mechanic I wouldn't recommend trying it on your own. I also bought some rubber trim from Steele Rubber Products in Denver, NC and installed it around the rear fenders. It look good plus it protects the edges of your fenders from limbs or other debris your tires may pick up and hit the fenders. I just purchased a new grapple and using the switch on the new joystick handle knob that comes with the 3rd function kit to open and close it is the ticket! We are going to install a hydraulic thumb on the 935 GBH backhoe and hopefully I will have my tractor like I want it. I just wish I would have had this setup when I moved here 35 years ago and there wouldn't be a sprig of kudzu on my property!

Thanks for replying. Apparently no one else has been motivated to reply, either goo or bad. I detect a big yawn out there.

Dave, did you have any rear remotes at all before you made three? I have Boomer 47 with 2 rear remotes and I would like to add a 3rd. I have yet to find that part number yet. Also I like the rubber on the fenders. Do you have a part number from Steele. Thanks

I will be curious to hear how that grapple tooth design works out for you with the Kudzu.

I have been researching grapple designs that I can use to pull bittersweet out of bushes/trees.
It seems as though my proposed application may be similar to yours.
I have narrowed my search to a grapple design with long, open to the back bottom teeth, that is built by Mid-State Attachments, in Denton, NC.
It is their 60" E-Series Root Rake.

I like the MS design, because the bottom teeth are completely open, with no connecting cross bar.
I want the vines to slide to the very back of the teeth, before I curl the grapple, and try to pull up on them.
I am planning to order the MS 60" E-Series Root rake, next month, for shipment to me in NE.

MS Attachments seems to have generally good feedback for their products.

I only had 1 remote when it arrived from the factory. If you go to 3 remotes you will have to discard your 2 remote valve body and install the 3 remote valve. You can't just install a single valve body. I will get you the p/n for the molding from Steel Rubber Products and you can order it. Fortunately for me they are only a few miles from me and I can pick mine up locally.

My grapple works freat on Kudzu and it's roots. I did not get it from Everything Attachments. I got if from a Mfg' in Waco Ga. I got the 6 1/2' version and it was 1069.00 delivered to the trucking terminal only a few miles from the house. They shipped it on a Wed. afternoon and Thurs. morn the terminal said it was on the dock and I could pick it up. I really like it. If I would had this setup 35 years ago when I moved here there would not be a sprig of Kudzu on my 7 acres but at 66 I doubt if I have time to eradicate it now but I can try !

The p/n of the Steele Rubber Products trim I used is 70-3600-99. It took 15' for my Boomer 55.
