Transmission Problem with Ford D7NN4024-A

I have a KD Forklift with the Ford Running Gear, Engine D5NN6016G Transmission
D7NN4024-A. The Lift stops moving ,turning it off and wait 5min it will work
For a time and quit again, repeat 5 min and it works
I am in Charlotte NC looking for someone with knowledge on this Equipment

from the symptoms, it sounds like the hydraulic fluid is getting too hot, check why that is happening..
