I just bought a used NH95 backhoe with power shift.

On the front loader control there is a transmission disconnect button, which doesn稚 work.

I am having a hard time tracking the wires as the are bundle up just below the cabin. But where does this feature connect ? directly to a control on the transmission, or electrically to the control at the steering wheel.

I'm pretty sure on a power shift, the button activates a relay, on the fuse panel. That interrupts power to the transmission controller.

So people know, a NH95 is the European version of the 675E

Mikkel, I only have the North America version of a schematic for the LB75b, but it might be the same as your B95. In the diagram below, S26 at the bottom of the page is the Clutch Shutoff Button (Transmission Disconnect). It is powered from Fuse F4/A, 5 amps. It feeds into the EGS control on the steering column, and I'm not sure where it goes from there. The switch only works in range 1, 2, 3 of the transmission below 5 km/h in speed, so it would seem to be computer controlled. I don't have a similar machine so I submit this schematic for you to verify. I hope it helps with your troubleshooting, but it might not apply.

My LB75B powershuttle transmission activates a relay, as you said, from either the gearshift lever or joystick buttons. However, the powershift model shows the single joystick switch going to the EGS on pin C of the EGS connector. Again, I have the NA version of the schematic, but this circuit could be the same on Mikkel's B95.

I stand corrected. Good catch. The wiring should be the same.

Thanks a lot..

Puhh.. just as I feared... something electrical. I had hoped for som electrical wire to a solenoid. The wires are not easy accessible

I have just purchased a N.H.95.it has the same problem.I notice that the comments are dated 2010 has there been any resolution to the problem

G'day check the switch for continuity first, the wiring in these units is usually pretty good

thanks Jon.only bought the machine on saturday,it hasnt arrived home yet,..we noticed when we were test driving that none of the clutch disconnect buttons worked[the one on the loader control the one on the gear select nor the one on the shuttle] i wouldnt have thought that all three would fail .......when i get it home i will check the wiring and the switches

G'day yours sounds more like a power supply prob or relay fault or trans dump solenoid I did not realise you had no clutch dump on any of your circuits. Good luck with it
