TRANSMISSION B2400 HST

HELLO, I HAVE a PROBLEM WITH a B2400 TRACTOR.

SYSTEM WILL NOT OPERATE IN EITHER DIRECTION

DRAIN OIL AND EVERYTHING SEEMS NORMAL, NO METAL RESIDUES OR SEAL ELASTOMERS

WHEN DRIVING THE PTO BEING ABOVE THE CLUTCH PEDAL IS LISTENED TO A VERY STRANGE NOISE IN THE HOUSING OF THE CLUTCH.

HST PEDAL DOES NOT HAVE THE COMMON PRESSURE, SO SEEMS THAT SOME VALVE DOES NOT WORK, REALLY NOT BY WHERE BEGINNING.

AT THE MOMENT HE IS EVERYTHING I AM THANKFUL FOR ITS AID TO THEM

Check the screen on the hydraulic suction line (if it has one) and change the HST spin on filter. You can download a copy of the parts manual off of this web site if you have trouble locating it. Do not run the tractor until you make sure that you have hydraulic fluid flow, starving a hydraulic pump can and will destry it in a short time.

On my B2400HST, at the bottom rignt side of the transmission (just uunderneath the reverse pedal) is a fairly large metal line that is connected to the transmission housing with a banjo bolt and then runs to the front of the tractor. This is the line through which the hydraulic pump draws its supply of hydraulic fluid from the transmission sump. The banjo bolt has a screen on the inside. If the screen is clogged it will stop the flow to the pump. You remove the bolt to clean the screen.

It's impressive. I guess it integrates with electronic files you were already using but it still looks like an enormous amount of work. Is it just a Messicks service or is Kubota behind this this for all dealers?

The diagrams are Fantastic
But the problem persists
I have not had luck with the Suggestions
The first problem in the tractor was in 3 point hitch, the implements falls by its weight.
Turn off the lowering speed knob and the implements maintain your position
Discard that the problem was damage in O-Ring
But now the worried is the transmission
