I just want to give all 2305 users a heads up. Since the machine does not have a lot of ground clearance and it is tempting to use it as a dozer to clear heavy brush w/ the loader, be careful. The cooling fan for the hydrostatic transmission is located between the foot rest (notice hump) and can easily be destroyed with brush. This happened to me w/ less than 30 hours on the machine
. Replacing this part is not easy, since it is not easily accessible. Luckily, I know a guy who works on skids steers and he helped me out. The drive shaft had to be taken apart and the two bushings for the mmm had to be removed. This is the only way to access this cooling fan. Keep this in mind, b/c I heard that it is not uncommon for this to happen.
