trans fluid color

hi guys i have a farm pro 2425 06 what color should the trans fluid be?
mine is a reddish brown
seems to smell ok to me
just a weird color

It should be a yellow color. What most of us do is drain, (4 plugs), refill with kerosene, drive for 5 minutes with no load, (just drive), drain, refill with 80W90 gear oil. We call it a kero flush.

Farmpro's are imported by Homiers. They do very little prep like the good dealers do so you really need to do this to your front axle and hydros also. Front axle has 3 drains and rear hydros 1 drain.
