I have a 7520 4WD. There is a trailer plug to the left of the seat. It appears to be a Eurpopean configuration. Has anyone converted this to a 7 blade RV plug. I need to pull a heavy trailer in hills and need to find a way to wire in a brake controller for trailer brakes. I can't even find where the plug is in the wiring diagram in the tractor manual, so I have no idea what the function of the pins are.

Thanks

I had one on my Kioti too. I wanted to get a plug for it but never found one. I didn't want to hack the wires up to make a new plug ....

Go to a semi truck parts supplier. It is a std plug used on semi trailers.

I changed the one on my 4110 to a 7 pin so I could use my equipment trailer and dump trailer behind it. I didn't put a brake controller on my tractor, just wired the pins for all the lights to work and left the brake and 12v charge pins empty on the plug for my uses. Would be very simple to use a 12v test light to check your current wiring and to wire the new plug.

Thanks MtnView. Went to etrailer.com last night and they had the 7 pin round and wiring diagrams with instructions on wiring up an adapter. Will let you know how it works.
