just wondering what a trade in price for a 2008 kubota bx24 with 180 hours in very good condition with loader,backhoe,54inch mid mower and a front blade is worth. I talked to a john deere dealer today and they would only give me 7500.00 dollars

10 K at least here. Friend bought one 6 moths ago more hours and no front blade for 10. I thought it was a good deal.

I agree, should be at least 10K with all your attachments. Bet it would sell for 12K on CL.

Even though the BX24/BX2350 has the abrupt stop in reverse problem the price you were offered is insultingly low. It would bring more than that in Ky where our prices are usually quite a bit lower than the north eastern states.
If you want to trade it for a new Kubota, used Kubota or maybe even another used "other colored" brand you may want to contact Barlows for a delivered to your door price with trade.

Last year I traded my 2008 bx2350 with 176 hours, loader, 60"mmm and rear bagger on a L3800 and received a $9500 towards the purchase.

Sight unseen we were offered at least 10k for a 2005 BX23 with loader and backhoe, and 850hours on it, possibly more if it "looked good."

You should have better luck at a Kubota dealership.

Generally speaking, you will do better selling your tractor in a private sale than trading it in.

Give Craigs List a try... it's free; just post a few good photos and a good description. I sold my B8200 really quickly that way, and had lots of real interest. The usual warnings about scam artists apply, of course, but I have always had good luck with it, so it works for a lot of people.
