Anybody seen this show about Ausie tow truck operators? However, they also recover boats and heavy equipment which makes it quite interesting.

It's a reality show but the "Joe slept with Steves wife and now they have to work together on this difficult recovery" is kept to an absolute minimum.

Unfortunately, there is only one season on Netflix with 10 episodes which is a shame because I enjoyed it.

Haven't heard of it, and can't locate it on any of the...alternate sites for acquiring ones and zeros. It does look interesting, another season of Heavy Rescue 401 is about to launch, the one in B.C. just wrapped. Would be refreshing to see some recovery that wasn't snow related.
The show is one letter off TOWIE, which is another reality show but quite at the other end of the spectrum, from what I've been told.

I watched it. They have the biggest fleet of towing equipment I’ve ever seen.

"Ausie tow truck operators"<<<<<<<<<<<Haven't heard of that show. I've been watching Longmire on Netflix, set in Northern Wyoming near the Cheyenne Reservation, the sheriff is constantly butting hear with the Cheyenne cop on the Rez, lot of twist and turns. I started watching because of the first show where a Sharps rifle was involved in a shooting, when the last time a Sharps rifle was involved in a crime.....

I just finished Longmire a few days ago, one of those incredibly good shows that you hate to come to the end of.
The recovery shows are always interesting as to seeing how they will rig a pull without closing the road for any length of time.

So true, I was surprised of the acting, I have one more season to go, when I first clicked on Longmire I was expecting to see Sharknado acting, didn't know Netflix was making such high quality tv shows, dont usually like cop shows but with cowboy hats, Indians and lever action rifles frequently being used, it's a little different. I'm all CSI'ed out so it's a good change. After this I'll see how that Aussie Towies show is.

I’ve watched most of longmire episodes. I’ve watched most of the CSI series, but it’s obviously highly faked. I watched the breaking bad series and liked it. I also liked the Dexter series. The Towies was good but only 3.5 hours of run time on the whole season.

Longmire & H e l l on Wheels are my 2 favorites. Narcos is a good watch but pretty violent. Stranger Things is entertaining as well, I like the 1980's setting of the show. Might have to look into Dexter.

Check out Highway Through **** on Netflix, a tow company in Canada.

Did you all notice the mini ex (also a larger machine) with the winch they used on Towies? Never saw a winch system that replaced the bucket on an excavator. They have some really nice eqpt!!

I watched that one to, that tall nut case character with the irish accent, the one that finally got hung at the end, made me want to hang him myself, thats how good an actor he was. I also liked the Bow Hannon actor.

Fake, say it ain't so. If you like realism have you watched Hatfields and Mccoys with Kevin Costner, its on instant Netflix now, I'm gonna watch it again, you can pretty much follow the story along with an encyclopedia, hard to believe that whole feud started over a hog.

I've watched alot of westerns over the year and this movie is the only one I can remember where people are actually putting bullets in the bullet loops in the holster, it's little things like that I look for in a show.

I can handle a little less than fact, but they seem to be able to identify the make, model, year, and driver of a vehicle by the tracks and such as that.

It was a good show. I guess there will be another run. There is another show about a Brisbane trucking company that hauls the biggest loads you could imagine. They have trailers worth millions. Their trucks are the best.

Women seem to have a slightly different place in that society.

I couldn't believe that the cops who came across a submerged car in Bull Shark infested water, would have this young (late teens, early 20s) tow truck woman get in the water, in the dark and feel around for the car. She was asked to feel inside the windows to check for occupants! She attached a tow line to the seat belt and they pulled the vehicle closer to shore.

It's not the first time Police had Tow Truck drivers get in shark infested water on this show!

What? No Police Divers there?

Is that one on Netflix? Any idea the name? Sounds like a neat show.

What about that (Useless) kid on Highway Through ****? Great reason not to get involved with a woman that has kids!

See that Semi Trailer, special response rig of the Towies? Kitchen, showers, bunks and special equipment!

They brought that one on themselves in America it least. Imagine the outrage if you told a woman she couldn’t be a tow truck driver. Now you want to be a female tow truck driver that doesn’t have to do anything dangerous. That doesn’t sound like equality to me. And I really doubt it was shark infested waters. There’s a good chance they embellished the truth to be more dramatic.

Not just the possibility, but "INFESTED" Too funny!

Just watching "The Catch" on Netflix. Sickens me to see boats loosing and leaving their F&*%#% nets on the sea floor! That should get a long jail term!
