Torque setting KL130

What is the torque setting to use on the bearing box to frame bolts on a KL130? The owners manual has a chart with the size of bolt. I don't know from M?? bolt size. I'm used to a Chiltons Haynes or Clymers or most other shop manuals that tell you what the torque is supposed to be for each particular application. Not by a generic bolt size chart. Does anybody use locktight on these bolts?

Front bolts 54-64 ft lbs
Rear bolts 93-112 ft lbs
We use loc-tite on every mounting bolt
