Check the Mitsubishi Operator's manual. Usually the front of newer tractors manuals have bolt grade, thread, and dimensions with max torque. I find that torque specs for hardware are way over what I customarily apply and it hasn't caused me a problem yet. Otherwise look it up on the wonderful www.
