I've had my toothbar from Woods Equipment (54") now for about 2 weeks and MAN! I'm so glad I bought it. Now, when I have a pile of roots, leaves and sticks all woven together, the teeth help get it in the loader instead of just pushing it out in front and getting very little into the bucket. Also, digging is much more effective. In plain dirt piles I get more into the bucket as well. Today I picked up an economy landscape rake on loan for a try out from my dealer. I went right to work clearing areas of my property that had not been raked in about 20 years when my late grandmother owned the house. Then I went over to my wooded area and dragged out all kinds of crap people had thrown into it, making it better for brush hogging. As I was doing this, a businessman from down the street asked me to come pull out 7 foot oak tree and dig out a curbed area and level it so he can pour concrete for a patio area for his workers. The landscape rake did a fantastic job of leveling the area after I used the loader to remove enough soil. This is a great tool and I def. will buy it (I made almost enough to pay for the rake!). I should also mention that my Kioti CK20HST performed flawlessly as usual. John

Which toothbar did you get? The light or heavy duty one? One weighs 50 and the other 65 lbs.

What are the dimensions on the teeth on the toothbar? Width and length from edge of bucket?

I've been pondering tooth bars. I look at some by Bobcat at the local Bobcat dealer where I saw the Woods blades. They were large and sharp. I thought I might try and fab my own since the Buhler loader on my 3054 already has a set of holes across the bucket for teeth.

thanks
Jim

Since my bucket is 541/2", there was only a very small space that I didn't even need to fill in. There is a V shape that goes over the cutting edge. The heavy duty bars will fit over a bolt on cutting edge. Here's the link to the Woods Equipment page where the toothbars are listed. Woods Toothbars
I hope I can remember to measure that for you tomorrow! I've been so busy, I'm forgetting a lot lately. John
