I know TBN member odleefs in northeastern PA purchased his 2005 Bobcat Toolcat C-series at Highway Equipment & Supply Co (in Drums, PA?), and posted positively about his dealer. Bobcat of NJ has locations in Totowa, NJ and Kenvil, NJ, and there may be other Bobcat dealers in PA or NJ close to you.
I'd encourage you to arrange a Toolcat demo on YOUR property for multiple days along with lots of attachments, and to post your comments and questions right here during your evaluation process. My demo in Maryland was for four days and convinced me!

As Brian mentioned, I live in northeastern PA, near Scranton. I purchased from Joe Beltrami at Highway Equipment and Supply in Drums PA.
So far my experience has been positive, and my friends with tractors are awestruck at the multiple talents of the toolcat. For me, the toolcat has been a dependable piece of useful equipment.
