This is my first post on the forum. I have a 1.5 acre lot and have found my 19 HP riding lawn mower is not all that effective in accomplishing all the things I want/need to do around the house/yard. I have researched the TC and think it would be cool to have one and it would be more than adequate for my needs(wants).

I came across a 5600 (not sure of model/year) that has a main pump failure. It appears to be complete but has not been run in probable several years. It has the lift bed, however it is in poor condition (severe rust) and would likely have to replaced/refabricated. The rest of the TC looks ok.

Given mypoor description and lack of concrete details, what purchase price would you offer on this? Also,
What would be an estimated cost to replace the pump, flush lines, etc given I would do the work myself? Is there collateral damage usually associated with main pump failures that I need to be concerned with and have to address?
Thanks,
Lee
