G'day Mate and welcome to TBN from Downunder.

If you're going to post a Question (start a 'thread'), click on HOMEPAGE and scroll down to the appropriate FORUM. Click on that FORUM and in the top left hand corner will be an icon for posting a NEW THREAD. Title it something brief but pertinent... not "HELP!!!". Then type your question, hopefully with information including the symptoms and such. Adding your location to your PROFILE can assist too... don't worry, we're not going to pop around to borrow your tools.

Top of page has a menu list going across... near the middle is "My Home". Click that and "Edit Profile" is an option (okay, sseveral options) on the left side of the screen.

Predicated on use of a computer... phones are different.
