New Holland 1925
Worked like a champ for 5 hours pulling a 15 foot bat wing. Right as I was finishing up, the red "warning light" started flashing. I stopped, took it out of gear and after that, the hydraulics just quit. Couldn't get it to go into any gear. Steering and front end loader controls frozen. Inspected hoses - no apparent leaks. Hydraulic fluid was full. Hydaulic fluid filter was replaced last year.

After turning it off I could restart but same "no go" results. After 2-3 minutes, the red warning light would start flashing again.

Any thoughts on what could be the problem?

I would guess the first question - - what system or systems was the flashing red light a warning for??

Clogged radiator or hydraulic cooler filled with seeds and chaff.

+1 on that....and while checking, check the grille(s) if the sheet metal hood and all for clogging too. They are made with deliberately small holes to catch said problems before they get in to the cooling mechanisms.
