Long time lurker first time poster, I went to look at a 2006 TN85A today, the owner did not have a manual and the light on the top right was blinking at idle and the faster I went it turned on solid, can some one tell me what the symbol represents, what is that warning light warning me of, thanks

That light usually means the parking brake is on or the that the brake fluid is low when there is hydraulic actuated brakes with its own reservoir. In your case, it may be the second option, so I would definitely check that out first.
