TN75 FNR Shuttle

I have a TN75 whose FNR Shuttle lever jumps to neutral periodically while working forward. The fluid is full and clean, no fault codes or noise present. Any thoughts?

Is it a mechanical or electronic transmission?

PowerShuttle? If so, and the lever itself is moving from F to N, the lever assembly probably needs to be replaced.
If it is a mechanical shuttle, the F/R synchronizer is probably shot.
