Tn75 fault code 14 4wd

Hi all, my tn 75 is showing fault code 14 for the electric 4wd system.
After starting the tractor it will default to 4wd and the error code will start flashing. I can’t find fault codes on line. Electric shuttle shift and super steer front axle. Does anyone know what this code is. Thanks.
