Early 2000s TN75 4x4 open station, recently the brakes started to engage by themselves. Doesn’t matter if I’m just moving the tractor around or using an implement---although it feels like it may do it more when the tractor is under a load (light dirt work). Usually I can tell that there is a slight change in how the tractor is moving (added drag). If I press the brakes a couple of times, it releases until it happens again. It may happen 20 times in a 30 min span and then go 10-15 mins without it happening.

I’m not accidentally pressing the brake pedals and they are up as high as they can go (they haven’t fallen down to where the pedal is dropping to make them engage). I have gotten to a point where I know for sure they are engaged by noticing that the brake lights are on - press the brakes and once I release the brake pedal, the lights go off.

I have checked the brake fluid level and although it wasnt necessarily low, added OEM mineral brake fluid.

Any ideas?
