I have a 2007 New Holland TN60A with 1750 hrs on it. recently i noticed a squeal/squall/whine when i lift the three point hitch and the tractor is moving. It doesn't always do it but seems to do it more with the tractor facing downhill and with the rpms higher. Yesterday I was disking and when i got to the end of the row and lifted the disk with the tractor moving it would make the noise but if i stopped moving and lifted it it wouldn't do it. I changed the hydraulic filter mainly because it had been a long time and it seemed to stop it for about 20 minutes. The fluid hasn't been changed in a long time and that's the next plan. Another question is if I should pay the high price for new holland fluid or if cheaper would be okay. any other thoughts on what to do if changing the fluid doesn't help?
