hi all, my tl 1900 will only engage in medium and low range i put the lever in high it does not move.the lever is on my left left side while sitting on tractor there is another control lever also next to it but i dont think theres an issue with that. i mainly use the high gear this has a lot of low gear features i never use thanks bill

It sounds like you had it in high range then put it in a lower range for a short period and when you tried putting it back in high, the tractor didn't pull itself. Is that correct? I'm no mechanic but I do work on my own equipment and can give you some hints of what to look for. I only owned a couple of TS models for awhile and don't remember a lot about them but these are some basics to most tractors or simply things that I would check.
Were there any symptoms of anything unusual prior to putting it into a lower range, like gears grinding when you shifted or it wasn't pulling well in high range but it pulled OK in a lower range? If this is the case...the clutch is probably shot and slipping so badly it simply won't "move" in high range.
Are you certain it is fully engaging into high range? Is it hard to push the lever into the high position? If so, can you rock the tractor slightly while you push the lever to make certain it is fully engaging.
Does everything seem tight with the range shift lever? Make sure it "feels" like it always has in the past. If it doesn't, try to figure out what is different about it. It could be that something is loose there and not allowing it to move the gear all the way into high position.
Another issue may be the range shift fork ( or pin or the end of the shift lever ..don't know what this tractor uses to slide the gear on the rail) could be bent in some manner that allows for low-med. to engage but can't quite move the gear into high. I've never worked on an Iseki transmission or had the top off an Iseki transmission case and don't know the arrangement of the range gears ( or anything else) but chances are it is easy to do. You can try unbolting the top trans case and see if you see anything obvious in the transmission. You will want to pay attention to the position of the shift lever and how it engages the trans components to make sure you line them up correctly when you put the top case back on. This may sound daunting but it is usually a pretty easy job. Do you have a manual? I know Iseki repair manuals are scarce but this is a good example of why everyone needs one if it's available for their model.

Thanks darryl,did the clutch couple years back,but i did not do the job myself,adjusted the turn buckle on the clutch pedal.now with the machine running i have nothing i put the machine in reverse ,1st you name it nada.i pushed the clutch pedal down real firm and the machine will start to creep.whats that about? does the opposite if you know what i mean.i am leaning toward a bad clutch.i have pretty good mechanic coming over to check the linkage.maybe i did something.but i think its more to it than just what i adjusted thanks bill

Sounds like you tightened it so much that it has caused the clutch to disengage and it is definitely slipping now. Don't know what the deal is with the pedal being pushed in and the tractor starting to pull....that's a new one to me. I would try readjusting the turnbuckle and see if you can put some free play back into the pedal. If you adjust the linkage and it will pull in the lowest ranges but not in high...it's probably a clutch issue. If you can put a load on the tractor while it's pulling in one of the lower ranges and you can get the clutch to slip easily, I would say that will pretty much confirm that it is indeed new clutch time.
