I've just completed my installation of the Tisco top 'n' tilt kit on a Ford 1620 ( like a tc25 boomer). I originally hoped to get a factory kit but none was offered so the dealer sold me a Tisco kit complete with all the necessary hardware, or at least most of it. What I didn't get was an instruction manual. I asked the dealer to get me one and I got a one page drawing showing the port layout of the hydraulic adapter plate faxed to me. I called Tisco tech support and was repeatedly asked if I had an account with them, they didn't want to deal with me it seemed. They told me there was no instructions or parts list with this kit. I faxed a list of questions to them asking some basic stuff that they didn't bother to reply to. I called again to see if they were going to respond to my query and was brushed off again. I got it installed and it works as it should, but I had to do a lot of trial and error to get the hoses in the right places. It is not a slick installation, pretty cobbly in fact with the control box sitting on top of the fender and hoses all over the place. They should have included the hardware needed and the O-rings, but I got those at my dealer. Overall I'd say that the kit is not very well engineered and not documented at all. It works OK, but Tisco has a long way to go with their customer service. I wouldn't recommend the Tisco TnT
