Could someone tell me the correct valve and tube for my r4 front tires, L3800 HST 27-8.50-15. I've bead sealed and they are both leaking around the rim. I'm going tubed as I don't care for slime. Thanks.

Shucks any commercial tire shop should be able to provide the suitable inner tube to fit your tires.
I did say commercial and not the local car tire shop.
Use yellow pages and look up truck tire dealers.

Les Schwab tubed my fronts on my BX and not one issue in several years since. Best thing I did. My local shop had them in stock and said they carry tons of tubes many different sizes. I think I paid about $25 for tube and install each. Maybe a little less. Small tires though!

I live in a rural area and it's a 2 hour drive to the nearest big town with a tire shop other than a small garage near me. They have to order anything unusual like a27-8.50-15 tube. I can order my own and get delivered for myself if I knew the right valve to it my rim. Thanks anyway.

Just order the tube for the tire/rim size;the valve will be on the tube.

We know nothing of your finances or your tire changing capacity. Unless changing tires is easier for you than for me, I'd pull the wheels and haul them to a tire shop to have tubes put in. Let them fight the issues of variations in valve types, mating up with the wheels, etc. I know real well what being in remote areas is like for shops and services. Call in advance and get the tire shop to order the tubes and schedule the work. If it is 2hrs to a full service commercial tire shop, I'm going to guess you have to go there anyway for other things once in a while AND you always gather a long list of "stuff" when you do go there.

I doubt this is a factor in your case but I have 2 B2150's. They have two-piece front wheels that bolt together and sometimes leak between steel layers of the two-piece wheels. I agree -- put tubes in. Say, are you old enough to remember using Carnation condensed milk for sealing thorn leaks in front tractor tires ?

Truck tractor tire dealer should have what your seeking also install tube tires heck of lot better than most drive thru tire dealer....slime stuff just a pain in the @ss.

This thread hit a nerve with me. About three weeks ago I gave up putting air in one of my 4430 front aircraft tires (we have a few thorns in So. Texas) every time I used the tractor. The tire would not seal to the rim. I took the wheel to the local tire shop and told them to put a tube in it. He did not have the tube and told me he could have it the next day. No problem, I'll pick it up in two days. So I picked it up paid him $60 and put it back on the tractor. Next day it was flat. Went back to airing it up every day. Thought about driving to Wharton (about 2 hour drive each way) and buying a new tire. But on Thursday the tire was flat again and had separated from the rim. There was no tube in the tire, just Slime. #%&#@$$!!! Not wanting to drive to Wharton, I decided to try to seal the tire to the rim myself. After two tries and a LOT of bead sealer, it appears to be holding.

I just had them fill the tires on the front of my BX25. No problem since then.

Check, I had the front tires of my Ford 7000 foam filled shortly after I bought it. That solved the leak problem but the tires were soon beat to shi#/shreds on the rocks on my place. If you dont have rocks and they only see soft ground, they should last much better. The aircraft tires work well if I can get them to seal to the rim. After the tires on the 7000 fell apart, I put aircraft tires on it. They have held up well but I do have one with a very slight leak at the rim. I have to put air in it about every three months. I believe a tube might solve that problem.
