On my new 7510 turf special I've had two front tires blow out. The rubber has separated from the metal bead causing the tire to blow off the rim. Carlisle turf-chief, has anyone had the same problem.

What air pressure are you running in them? If the pressure is real low a bump or a turn can cause the tires to seperate from the rim.

I'm running 20psi in the front, the metal bead is still seated on the rim, the rubber part is ripped from around it. The first tire blew out before I got the loader, this one lasted until I started using the loader. I have 8hrs on the tractor

Sounds like a defect that missed detection at the tire factory. I'm in quality at a BFG tire plant and this kind of defect could easily be missed during final inspection, although in a plant making tractor tires they probably don't have the volume of tires we do in a passenger and light truck plant and it seems unusual for two tires to have that defect unless they were made in the same mold at near the same time. That information is on the tire if you're interested.

Thanks that would help. The right tire show no signs of failure both have been on the leftside. I didn't get the numbers of the first tire, however this one does match the number on the right. Is it the numbers that are molded in a stamp. I,m going to get a new one today. I will let you know what the Dealer says.

I suggest that you drop the tractor at the dealers and have them look at the front suspension. Seems that there has to be a problem beyond the tire and rim. It might be that the wheel is being pushed sideways when you are turning and that is tearing the tire from the rim. I am more inclined to believe that there is something mechanical causing this problem other than just poor quality tire. If you get the tire replace, then swap the right for the left tire and see what happens. If as in the past, the left is the one that keeps going bad, then it definitely is the tractor, not the tires.

I'm going to swap the the tires this time. I was looking at the tire when it blew out, wheels were straight pushing dirt into a pile as soon as I started to raise the bucket she blew. About 1 1/2 " of tire blew out from around the rim, the rest of the tire look prefect, and still seated to the rim

I have a loader on my L3400 and the manual recommends 36 PSI. Twenty pounds may be ok on a tractor without a loader but you may need to check air pressure recommendation for a tractor with a loader.
