tip for bx24 2750 blower

if you're running a 2750 snowblower be sure to check the set screws on the quick hitch drive shaft. Cost me a $300. main drive shaft.My set screws fell out all of them.The quick hitch shaft sild foward and the main shaft slipped out .It broke the yoke in half at the rear ujoint and bent the shaft like a pretzel.I'm lucky no other damage occured

One of the main reasons for repairs like this is actually from the sliding shafts not being greased enough!

We've seen this repair before as well as the universal joints failing and if people let us know when they feel a vibration we often find the shafts are short of lube!!!!

For any sliding shafts, PTO on the rear of going to mowers or snowblowers be sure to add grease to the sliding shafts every time you grease the joints!!!!!!
