Check out Hedblom on YouTube. He has an EngCon version of the tilt/swivel. I think that the guy could frost a cake with it.

I have seen loaders and backhoes with side tilting buckets for filling in ditches etc.

Helac rotary actuators, the basis for many tilt applications, are often on eBay for around 400. We are matching one up to backhoe bucket this winter.
