My Branson 4520C/BL25R front end loader bucket tilt cylinders are stuck all the way in. I removed them from the bucket and assisted them to extend but as soon as I reconnected them and tried to use it went right back in. I have removed and reconnected all of the quick-connect fittings and checked the fluid level. Any ideas?

Did this just happen? Does the hydraulics sound like it is trying to dump? If sudden failure possible one of the quick disconnects have failed acting like a check valve but you should hear the hydraulic system straining or going over relief valve if this is the cause.

Check your quick connect fittings again and make sure the fluid level is correct.

How's the other hydraulic functions? 3pt & boom up/dn.

As has been mentioned recheck and verify that the quick connects on fully seated and latched.
If the issue still exists, disconnect the hoses to the cylinders and secure them into a bucket, with the tractor shut off.
Start the tractor and with all the loader controls in neutral verify that no oil is flowing from either hose, gently bump the control to extend and see which hose has flow, gently bump the control to retract and verify the other hose has flow. Reconnect the correct lines to the cylinders.

^^^ This, sounds to me like a loader valve issue, alternatively, swap the tilt and lift hoses at the loader valve and see if the problem travels.

The right cylinder tries to extend, about 1 inch then stops. Left side nothing. However if you disconnect the lines and force the cylinder out they will extend. But as soon as I reconnect everything to the bucket and try to operate it will lock back fully curled!

It happened several months after reconnecting the front end loader to the tractor.
