Tiller Tiller for MTD Farm King

I've recently had the chance to purchase a 40" tiller that was used on an old MTD FarmKing. Will this tiller work on my BX2360? He mentioned that it connected to the mid point PTO which confuses me since the mid point on my tractor points forward. If it will work, what's a fair price on it? He's asking 200 currently.
