Tillage, Hydraulic Sensor. Electric Sensor?

I'm in the process of rebuilding my French Plow/Grape Hoe/Under Vine Cultivator (see below, #1 ). The unit I have is made by L&H and is pretty effective however the sensor bar that retracts the plow weighs a short ton and damages vines; young and old. Other European models utilized a hydraulic sensor that is less invasive and requires less pressure to activate the switch (see below #2 ). Does anyone know what the hydraulic/electric sensor is called/who makes it? I'm new to all this. Any help would be greatly appreacated
