It seems to me that if the tile leaked while it was in warentee then it was never repaired and this is not a new issue, and should be part of that original fix.
If you decide to repair it yourself then determine if its the drain line or the pan that is leaking. Plug the drain with one of those thin rubber sing pads and fill the basin and determine if it leaks overnight. (personally I would add some food coloring to help see the leak.)
