I've got a 3010 with a minor problem, the throttle lever works fine to about 2000 RPM, when I want to increase the RPM the lever becomes extremely hard to pull down, is there any adjustments I can make to loosen it up a little. I would appreciate any info. Thanks

Yes, it's adjustable. There's a simple friction-binding bolt adjustment near the floorpan that you just back off a fraction of a turn. However, it's on the inside of the cover underneath the steering wheel/instrument cluster, so you have to open it up to reach it. 30 seconds to adjust, but 15 minutes disassembly first!
