Three Point Hitch Pulsing

I just scoured the FSM. The only check valves I could find were in the engine and in the 3d SCV. The parts manual also doesn't have any listed. I don't have a 3d SCV, so I don't think that's the issue. Thanks for the idea. I'm going to be checking the filters and screens. Anyone know if there are kits available to rebuild hydraulic control valves (specifically a rockshaft control valve on a Deere 3720)?

After viewing parts catalog it appears as if the rockshaft control valve on a 3720 is "non-serviceable"

I was afraid of that. New ones run about $500. Anyone have a line in cheaper parts? I usually get them from greenfarmparts.com, but it seems their prices went up dramatically over the weekend.

Anything else I can try before I go that route?

I bought a new relief valve hoping that was the issue, but no dice. Still pulsing with no change. With new seals on the ROD valve, cylinder and rockshaft control valve, the only thing left in the loop is the RCV itself. I guess that's my next target.

Did you by any chance do a search on the internet about this problem. There is a little bit about it and things guys have tried to do to fix it

I have. There is surprisingly little information about the issue. It doesn't help that every person that has the problem calls it something different (pulsing, bouncing, leaks, etc.). Makes it very difficult to find a good answer. I'm still searching though, as I really don't want to replace the RCV if I don't have to.

As much as I hated doing it, I bought a new Rockshaft Control Valve. Got the cover back on a few minutes ago. Problem solved! No more TPH pulsing. Let's see how long it lasts. Thanks for all the help provided here.
