3-Point Hitch three point hitch problem

One option may be to speak with the new dealer and establish an estimate for how much it would cost for him to take a look at the machine and diagnose. These machines, particularly yours are about as basic as they get. For an experienced Kioti shop it can only take so long for them to diagnose your problems. Clutch is straight forward clutch, either it's never been adjusted properly or another mechanical failure or is getting contaminated. Did you take a good look at the prior clutch plates? Are they worn down to nothing? Glazed? or contaminated?

As for three-point, sounds like it's not your pump if your loader is working, must be either piston or valve body. Again, easy for an experienced shop to sort out.

I would suggest you contact local dealer and try to sort out a diagnostic price. Then at least you know what is up.

Well thats more info on history of clutch but not three point[unless I missed it],it's not your pump I don't think unless it has more than one pump,cause other hydro stuff works,the three point uses a piston thingy with seals and such and on some if you raise it to high[by whatever way] it comes out of place in there[somehow],learned this by reading other posts,but its not a big deal to fix it don't think.

Now as to clutch,first one went for unknown reasons,second one that was put in wasn't right in some way,plus other people using it for loader work,combined to really screw you up.

If it was mine,I would either pay a dealership to fix it right with their parts,or sell it,but you won't get anything for it with clutch out and three point not working,wouldn't go the same route you did before.

And wouldn't let anymore people borrow it[either after you get it fixed,or get another one],.
