Thoughts on Ford 938 rotary cutter

Can't find much with internet search.

There is one locally. Asking 400. Are parts available? What do I lookout for? Slop in the gearbox? Why else?

Thanks. Looks like check up/dn of spindle, gearbox play, oil, general wear, & pto shaft.
