think this mower was a good deal?

Picked up a fairly clean, used Walco/Douglas 90" 3pt finish mower for $650.

Look like this new: Walco Equipment | Agriculture, Lawn & Garden, Ontario, Walco - Mowers - Finishing - WalcoDouglas

One small easy to access weld needs to be done, otherwise looks pretty good.

$650 is a good price for any finishing mower that isn't a basket case...

I have never owned or used a finishing mower, but what I have read about their merits, in my opinion you found a good deal.
